The error code relates to memory/ram problems. You've bumped it with the vacuum cleaner. Push the ram back into its slot(s)

The memory sticks are in place and secure when I checked it. Also when i pushed the memory sticks in a bit the computer made a sound when something is being installed so do you think that even though the sticks were in place it was a tiny bit loose which caused me problems?

OK. That doesn't help.

1. Drives - Do a Checkdisk with Repair. Do a Virus Scan - eg with Avast and Malwarebytes.

2. RAM - download and run memtest86

3. Drivers. Go thru Control Panel, Device Manager and check every device is working properly and has up to date drives.

4. Boot into Safe Mode (F8) and disable automatic restart on failure.

5. Download HWInfo and run Sensors. Post the results - usually 3 screenshots in TinyPic or similar.

I ran everything u said above except the RAM since I'm not sure how that works when there's no application.exe so if you could send me a link to it that would be great and also here's the HWINFO.

No memory problems and here's the link to the three sensors

Also a sidenote, I raised the fan speed up from default 50 to 65 and the computer lasted quite a while when I was gaming till the monitor turned off by itself than rebooted.

also do you know anything about this error?

Your CPU's Vcore is 2.220V - way too high. Your 3.3V rail voltage is on only 2.220V (coincidence?). I'm suspecting your power supply is faulty, Bit I can't tell without all the info I asked for.

You have only shown one screenshot from Sensors so you have not given me all the data I requested.

You also have not posted your complete and detailed build. You aren't helping us to help you.

From what your response says.. you said I posted 1 screenshot? cause in the link I posted all the info on the sensors there are more images to the right of the picture. 4 total.

Also could you tell me what exactly I should list about my computer because I'm not so sure what to post.

According to Sensors its 3.3v line is only reading 2.2V which is way out. So it needs to be replaced.

It could also be causing the CPU voltage to be way out too.

You can also see that its mentioned in tier 5 of http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-su... - Replace Immediately!

So will any of the tier 1's be compatible with my computer? or are there certain sizes?
would the SeaSonic M12II 620 be sufficient also?

Just in case my last question didnt post somehow. A future question I wanted to ask is If the PSU I receive that you mentioned to me reboots my computer still would it be a graphics card issue or something else entirely? If so would that mean the current PSU I had before was working fine? Or should I stick with the one you suggested? just for future reference thanks.

Well ok. I posted another screenshot on the link I posted before here's the link https://imageshack.us/i/ipBjF9iRp It's a picture of the graphics card activity rate, temp. and fan speed. I was playing my game at default settings and the temp went increasingly high is this normal?

That's a given but my question was while I was playing Neverwinter on default settings the temp, reached about 70-80C is that normal? I mean the fan gets louder also when the temp. increases. Also I got my PSU today should I install it now or is there something I need to do before so?

Just a quick question but do you have any suggestions for a better graphics card that's compatible with the seasonic MX12II 520W?

I have successfully replaced my PSU with the MX12II Seasonic is there anything else I should do now? Also When I took out the old one it was chalked full of dust so yea you were right on one thing I needed a new PSU :)

This is frustrating now that I've replaced my PSU today while I was playing Neverwinter on low settings because the graphics card fan is loud and the temp skyrockets every time its on default settings. I got a shutdown from playing on low settings and the temp for the graphics card is usually 50-65C on low settings and default settings is 80-90C Someone please explain why my computer is shutting down still
