starcraft2 cutscense. lag

I have a Acer with Windows 7 amd e450 4gb when I play starcraft2 hart of swarm the cutscense or little movie the voice s not synce to the movie and is slow need help to understanding my computer to solve the issue so need help or ideas

you'll need to tone down the settings. SC2 is very CPU heavy. most laptops with struggle with it. i know for a fact that first and second gen i3 and i5 mobile CPUs have trouble handling SC2 on high res and detail settings.

try toning down things like shadows and detail.
