Here's my original post.. https://pcpartpicker.com/forums/topic/49151-lan-center-help I decided that spending $1200 each PC is so expensive, I am opening a lan center and my business plan with $1200 PC's, 25 PC's are $30,000.... I need something cheaper and still effective for gamers of all kinds of games

What do you guys think i can get away with?

Requirements:

Must be able to run at most 14 hours a day

Must not over heat! A good coolers and maybe some extra cheap coolers are a plus. This means a case with lots of cooling and possibly see through cause it will be a game center and this will be a nice cool add on.

MUUSSTTT be able (Of course) to run Mostly All games at least with high enough FPS to not stutter and ruin game experience (You all know how much this sucks)

Monitors must not suck.. High MS Delays are a No-no for gaming. Also must run 1920x1080 and possibly 20+inches

Must have ALL required pieces to operate the computer (Monitor, keyboard, mouse, OS, ETC)
And try to do it under $1000. (Under meaning UNDER! and it can't run games crappy!) I won't want to be replacing cheap parts of course. I
wont make much profit from the computers in that case. So please nothing with bad reviews.

Case with a window would be nice, Stylish but cheap (With airflow!). And please include a headset. Though i may just get some Logitech headsets for $40 a piece or turtle beach for $35! give your insight on which headset is best

If even that's over paying, then please let me know. I'd be happy to pay less and have players still run at high settings.

Sidenote: Cheap low MS TV's for console gaming for cheap price? I'm gonna have Xbox's and PS4's I also don't want crappy graphics ov course. Possibly 32 to 45 inches

Thanks a lot to whoever can help me out. I built my own computer and spent $1500 on it, I love my computer and it was people from this forum that helped me build it. BTW Multiple options is very nice, please everyone post their thoughts and ideas on builds. I have 3 months of prep so I'll take as much time as possible to perfect this
Winner gets 10000 internets, and a thanks to "your name" when lan center is opening :)

Edit: Rate this build!?

Solution
Buying a business licence for Windows pretty much means that you have a Windows licence that works on up to a number of PC's, rather than buying an individual licence (which is what your doing when you buy windows, your buying the activation code, not the OS) for each PC.
Basically its Microsoft's solution for business' when they want to deploy lots (potentially hundreds) of machines, because they certainly don't buy Windows OEM licences at $100 a pop. In a nutshel its also the reason why HP/Dell can sell you a $300 computer and make a profit, because they playing nowhere near $100 per machine for Windows.

Your build is pretty much what I would recommend for a $1000 system + peripherals.
Maybe look into getting 2TB drives per machine, because unless you have some fancy networked solution, each of these machines will have to hold a fairly sizable gaming library, and the Steam folder on my rig is threatening to bust open my 1TB drive
Given that your buying 25 of these things, your better off buying a business licence from Microsoft directly for Windows than buying 25 OEM copies. Will also save you a lot of hassle later on if you for some reason need to replace the motherboard in one of these systems or deploy new systems.

Please explain!? What does buying the license do? and yeh i think 1tb should be enough for at least 75% of the PC's Maybe I'll upgrade to 2tb if i start getting good business.
