MY SPEC:CORE 2 DUO E7400
4GB DDR2
GT220 1GB
P31-ES3G MOBO
Cheap PSU 500watt(don't bother this I will change it soon)

I need people who know this spec or own this spec and can it run modern game at whatever settings(LOW,MEDIUM) with 1600x900 resolution.

Before this I decided to buy Gigabyte GTX750ti but when I check if I upgrade new gen PC but with old GPU(GPU I will change it later) I just need add $111 and get i5 processor which new gen gaming requirement. If need to change i5 I need to change my MOBO,PROCESSOR,RAM which need around $300 and if get a GTX750ti it should around $189.I want to run latest games such as COD GHOSTS,GTA V,BATTLEFIELD 4 just at any settings.Which is the best build for NOW. If I go to GPU I will upgrade the other later and if I go to Core i5 4440 I change my GPU later but DONT WORRY ABOUT MY PSU I will change it as soon as possible.i know the risk of using that PSU.any comment of FX 6350 I would like to go for it because its cheaper but since I use Intel for a long time so I don't know about PC with 6 core and higher.

CORE 2 DUO E7400 2.8GHZ
4GB DDR2
GTX750ti 2GB DDR5
P31-ES3G MOBO
Cheap PSU 500watt

OR

Core i5 4440 3.1GHZ
4GB DDR3 RAM
ASUS B85M-G
GT220 1GB
Cheap PSU 500watt

thanks for reading this and answer

Solution
It'd be better to get the CPU/motherboard/RAM first, since your Core 2 Duo would bottleneck any decent GPU anyway, and Nvidia will release new cards in a couple months which will drop the prices of the older ones.

If you want to trim the cost down, the i3-4130 or i3-4150 is more than powerful enough for any budget build, and in fact performs about the same as the FX-6300 and FX-6350.

The i5-4440 is more comparable to the FX-9590 for gaming.
