Overclocking a i5-3570k with 500 psu

hello
I am planning to overclock my i5-3570k but i want to know if i can overclock it with this PSU

planning to overclock to 4.5 ghz ish? or what is the maximum i can get with the psu i have?
or do i need to get a different psu to get decent amount of ghz?
also any recommendations for cpu cooler?
thought about getting NH-D14

At stock speeds, you would want a power supply with a +12V rating of 27A.
30A would be enough for any overclock.
Your supply is rated at 38A on the +12V rail, so heaps of headroom.

Noctua make fantastic CPU coolers.
They have released an improved version called the NH-D15.
NH-U12S or NH-U14S are also good options for something a bit smaller.
