Hi guys , I live in Australia and am looking for a gaming system that can run games on high/ultra settings , across 3 1080p monitors. I have a budget of $1000.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Does that budget include the monitors, the OS, the mouse and/or the keyboard?
Regardless of your answer to that question, high/ultra across 3 monitors in modern games like BF4 is going to be impossible to achieve with that budget unless you're willing to go way below 60fps.

Thanks for the quick feedback , No that doesn't include any peripherals (keyboards , mouse , monitors etc) or the OS and at the moment I play at 20 fps on one monitor so i don't mind if it goes below 60 fps.

Playing on medium settings would probably be more enjoyable than playing on max settings: http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/graphics/2013/10/08/amd-280x-270x-260x-reviews/6
