looking for a good gpu

Is AMD a good gpu company i heard that their gpus is not durable as compared to nvidia n only last 7-8 months plz help me :/

Who ever told you that is just fake.He must be really a fanboy of nvidia.It depends on usage.I used a Nvidia card for almost 3 years and i found no issue.now i'm using an amd card and i dont have issues with this card toooo...But nvidia requires less power supply and produces less heat.But this is totally reversed in amd cards.They require more power and produces more heat.But both the cards perform well according to their prices.I would go with amd cards if i play games like bf4,cod,medal of honour and similar first person shooter games.But i would go with nvidia cards if play games like gta,assassin's creed,watch dogs and similar sand box games.It all depends on you mate.GOOD LUCK

Whoever told you that is a fanboy and Nvidia fanboys are everywhere. I have 3 AMD cards and one has lasted 4 years without issues, the second lasted a year, and the third I bought a few weeks ago. No issues. What card are you aiming for?
