Nvidia GTX 550 TI WINDFORCE not detected and dont displaying anythink

hi just bough the Nvidia GTX 550 TI WINDFORCE
i connected him and the screed displays power saving mode and showing black screen
out put dvi with my last video card its was prefectly Asus GT730 2GB DDR3 VGA DVI HDMI PCI-E

Insert the card in PCIE x16 slot, Turn the computer On, Load BIOS and select the display output as PCIE 1 (You can see something similar to this).

bios saying that the slot x16 is empty :p  but the card is inserted..

bios says its empty? As far as I'm concerned, it doesn't display any message like that. What are all the available attributes in display output option?

i have bios expoler and hes sayes that this slot is empy i just pluged iin my old video card and hes working perfectly

The culprit is the new graphics card, obviously. Please test the card in some other system and check if it works.
