Is visiontek A Reliable Brand for Graphics Cards?

The usual rule with Graphics Cards is that they're all made to a reference design, with only a few companies 'breaking the mold' so-to-speak with things like custom cooling units or factory overclocks.
What tends to separate the manufacturers is things like customer-services and included items in bundles such as free games or software.
Ultimately, Visiontek are a small brand and not well known but I wouldn't doubt that their card is reliable and performs well within reference standards.
