I have a 2 gb memory card for my cell phone but it shows that the storage is 4 gb and when I move pics or apps to the memory card the disappear and don't work anymore what to do?

if you are using an android or windows phone it might be a virus.use avast(its free) to clean for android and install any av on windows phone to get rid of virus on windows.
Else the card might be corrupted
