To start off, I was using DSL connection before for my online game, then I got intrigue and applied for this fiber optic connection for faster internet (hell yea!). Sadly, this new connection is blocking the game (noooo!..). The router they installed is Zhone (znid-gpon-2426
I read forums regarding port forwarding and DMZ but it didn't work (or maybe I'm doing it wrong). Only way I made it work is by proxy (hotspot shield).
So I want to ask you guys is it possible to use port forwading and DMZ to bypass my ISP? If not, ss there other (free) proxy I could use because HSS gets disconnected every hour or two (which I can't enjoy playing).
