Will my 600W Bronze Aerocool Strike X powersupply handle the 900 Series?

The dawn of the next gen GPUs are upon us... Sooo....Will my 600W Bronze Aerocool Strike X powersupply be able to handle the raw power of le GTX980 or R9 390?

Aerocool is a Tier 4 PSU. It is even worse than the Corsair CX series none of Us recommend. I would get a New PSU before considering a GPU Upgrade & seeing as those cards are not released yet, we have no idea what the minimum requirements are.

Sorry it took so long to reply (Work Matter) The Thermaltake Tough power Series is a Tier 2 Solid power Supply. It will work just Fine if You can get them on sale or special.They tend to be priced higher than some tier 1 PSU's.

hehe I have a guy who sells it at 1333$ note that I'm from the philippines so it's a bit more expensive XD haha.
But you said that some tier 1 PSUs are cheaper... what PSU are those? :D

Thanks... Now that you mentioned the 750w toughpower is good, will it be enough for the R9 295X2? I just heard they slashed the price of the R9 295x2 to 500$

They recommend at least 750 watt PSU with 60 Amp's on the 12v rail. That is big price slash for a $1500 card.
