Reinstalling Windows after upgrading hardware

Hi guys
im planning to upgrade my pc, motherboard and cpu both, but i want to keep all my documents and saves with out having to resintall eeeeverything
any help please :D????

If your motherboard has the same chipset as the old one, you might not need to reinstall.
I have build and rebuilt and upgraded dozens of systems and honestly the best thing you can do is just slip your old drive into the new rig and see if it works. sometimes it boots up fine, other times it barks at you.

It will also depend if you have the OEM version or the full retail version. the full retail version gives you a lot less hastle when moving sytems.
