I have a ASUS P5N32-E SLI motherboard
and a Intel E6850 Core 2 3.0 cpu.The card has to be in the 60 dollar low end card range because i dont have that much money right now.My current graphics card is an old geforce 8800 GT.It has 2gb of ram and win7 .

Solution
Any pcie x16 card should be compatible with your motherboard.
How strong that card can be is determined by your psu.

That said, your motherboard does not have discrete graphics so you should already be using a discrete graphics card. It is unlikely that a $60 replacement will be significantly stronger.
Run CPU-Z, it will identify your current graphics card.
