I would like to ask : I've just upgraded my PC to Windows 8.1, I can't understand why my PC is only to 3,33Ghz in max ( although Task Manager shows "Maximum speed is 3,4Ghz".
Please help me, my CPU is Core i3 - 4130 Haswell.
And, if you use NovaBench, could you tell me your score with specs ?
