Ok guys, I am looking to build a LAN machine that I can also use as a HTPC while at home base.

> Budget: 600 USD Had Budget.

> OS: I have a copy of Win7 Ultimate.

> Size restrictions, i do have one the space where the system will reside while at home is 11" tall so the case will have to be a cube configuration with a max height of ≈9.5" to allow for fan exhaust head space.
