Hi!

I`m about to buy a PC. I don´t know what combination of processor & graphic card to choose:

FX 6300 + R7 250X

or

G3220 + R7 260X

What do you recommend?

The price here in Mexico are the same for both combinations. I will play in a 1080p monitor. Thanks and I`m sorry for my bad english.

Go for Pentium build, GPU is important for gaming, and Pentium can handle single thread-heavy games with ease.

The G3220 and R7 260X will run games better, especially at 1080p it's important to prioritize the video card.

What's your budget? According to a couple builds around $800 can get you a system that can run ultra on most games. The processors you named are fine as Meteors said, but don't give you much room at all to upgrade your GPU in the future. I personally would go with a quad core i5($220) US dollars as the baseline for you system and then get the nicest GPU you can afford after that.

To reiterate, I know that GPU is by far the most important factor, just in the interest of an easily upgradeable PC for the future it would be good to get a quad core intel, or one of the newer AMDs.

As Meteors and Rationale said, the G3220 and R7 260X build will be a lot better.
You can buy a cheap H81 or B85 mobo(or H97 if you can afford) and then upgrade to a stronger CPU and GPU in the future. ;)
