Are you sure your card is installed correctly on the right PCI slot, are the connections from the power supply hooked in properly? Is your power supply appropriately attached to the motherboard and CPU? Have you tried resetting your motherboard? A number of things you could try.

What is your motherboard? What is your power supply? Have you tried re-seating your ram sticks?

There should be a little jumper switch you simply move a plastic piece from one of the pins to the other. It's really hard to explain look it up on Google. It alleviated some problems I was having with the BIOS one time. You said it was a system memory error, which to me, sounds like RAM. Did you try messing with those as well?

The only thing I could think of is resetting the motherboard then, if that doesn't work it could be any range of faulty components, but it's not the GPU as you already tried that in a different system. It could be your motherboard not reading the card properly, it could be your PSU not supplying power properly etc.

You reset your motherboard? What was your old GPU in that system?

http://www.wikihow.com/Reset-Your-BIOS Here's how to reset it. For the power supply it would be more complicated http://pcsupport.about.com/od/toolsofthetrade/f/powersu.... What is the make and model of your PSU and how much wattage does it have?

i forgot to say one thing that in the screen it shows that 97% of sytem memory checked, press esc tocancel system memory test but it gets stuck in this part

I honestly don't know man, maybe a troubleshooting expert will get on this thread. I would just first try to reset your BIOS, if that doesn't work then it's probably a piece of hardware, which could be your motherboard, your ram or your PSU. Just because the motherboard/system runs fine without the card doesn't mean those components aren't the problem.
