Hi, my Seagate Expansion external drive is not showing in disk management or my computer but shows in device manager, i cannot do anything with it any action i try to do seems to freeze everything. This happened when renaming a file and everything crashed. After that it can't be picked up.
I have tried putting it in a different computer for it to update the drivers but it still hasn't worked.
not sure what else i can do as i dont know how to format it without having access to it!
any help appreciated..
