What is the quietest non-reference card i can get?

Gonna buy a new gpu. Planning the 280X and adding another one later. What brand should I get??

Asus? Msi? EVGA? Saphire?

What would be the quietest but still operate prettty good?

If you want silence go liquid cooling but you need deep pockets for that option, if all else you can undervolt and down clock the card then force a lower fan speed. You won't notice the fan noise provided the fan speed remains unchanged, revving fans are extremely annoying. Just keep the temps stable if you want to avoid blue screens and driver crashes if you go with the undervolting.

I was planning on overclocking the card so ur kinda going inn the oposite direction... XD
