Hey everyone I was hoping you could help me with a problem, I have the HP envy m6 1310sa laptop and I was in the Skyrim launcher and it says the listed GPU that it's using is my integrated gpu on the a10 apu (Radeon HD 8650G). I want to use both my GPUS (+Radeon HD 7600M) but I don't know how. I went into the catalyst control centre and it only lists the 8650G even under DUAL graphics. In device manager it shows both gpus and that both are working normally, does anyone know what I should do to enable it or even disable the integrated one through the BIOS. Don't really know what I'm doing as I'm scared I'm going to disable my display gpu and then I wont be able to see my screen. Help?

AMD A10 2.5 GHz
Radeon HD 8650G
Radeon HD 7600M
8 GB RAM
1TB HDD

Grab the 14.9 beta drivers from AMD.com. When uninstalling the old drivers keep the VISION "control center", I can't remember what it is called exactly. Install the new driver and reboot. That's what worked for me. There is a qualifier here, I no longer have access to just running off of the APU, I can only run crossfire or discreet. Hope this helps.

Have you updated drivers to the latest version? Try right clicking on skyrim and choosing 'run on video card' and selecting the video card you want to use. You can not run a game on both graphics cards though.

If you've heard of SLI and CrossFire, note that these functions only work with identical graphics cards with a special connector connecting both of them.

I'm talking about a laptop so there is no crossfire connector needed and also it doesn't have to be the same card with amd, you can have them in crossfire if they're in the same series (r9 series cards for example). I also have no option to 'run on video card'
plus I have used both my gpus on the game in the past but now it doesn't work. I have no idea why
