I can choose between:

AMD A4-6300
Gigabyte GA-F2A78M-D3H, Socket-FM2+
Crucial DDR3 BallistiX Sport 1600MHz 4GB
Sapphire Radeon R7 250X 1GB GDDR5
WD Desktop Blue 500GB
Samsung DVD Writer, SH-224DB
Logitech Desktop MK120 (Nordic)
MS COA Win 8.1 Nordic

This cost 789.13008 U.S. dollars.

Or;

Cooler Master Elite 311 Sort/Sølv
Cooler Master B500, 500W PSU
ASUS B85M-G, Socket-1150
Intel Pentium G3240
Crucial DDR3 BallistiX Sport 1600MHz 4GB
MSI GeForce GTX 750 1GB PhysX CUDA
Samsung DVD Writer, SH-224DB
WD Desktop Blue 500GB
Logitech Desktop MK120 (Nordic)
MS COA Win 8.1 Nordic

THis cost 947.11408 U.S. dollars converted from Norwegian kroner.

My budget will be between 790 and 1 026 dollars.

Im thinking of changing maybe the GPU to a 2g so I can play at 1080p like maybe the 750ti 2gb or 760. Is it really worth the upgrade within my budget? Im trying to get the cheapest bitch of a computer who can run most games! Even at medium in the future... Is it necesarry to change the gpu to maybe 4590 or 4690 or is it worthless money? Is the CPU OK? Should maybe go for the cheap 8350 with 8 cores and 4,1 ghz turbo?

Solution
The second one (Pentium G3420 and GTX 750) is the much better PC.

Anything less than a GTX 770 will not benefit from an i5, so that's not necessary. If you can afford it, however, an i3-4130 will be significantly better for gaming than a Pentium, and will hold up well against the FX CPUs. The extra threads of the i3 (rather than the Pentium) help keep framerates consistent and smooth, and I've found in game benchmarks that they usually have 75% the performance of an i5, as all Intel CPUs are well suited for the core-per-core performance that games require.

As for a video card, the GTX 750 is alright, but it is lower-mid range at the moment. You'll be at medium-high settings in new games, or high-ultra settings in older games. At 720p...

stick with the intel based rig first thing.. secondly the 750ti is a good gpu but if you could raise a few more bucks you could get a better gpu like the 770 or maybe the cheaper r9 280 or r9 285 .... they are on ebay and amazon.. hope i helped

At 720p it would be more than enough, but at 1080p it'll suffer a bit. You'd be better off with an R7 260X or a GTX 750 Ti, but if you can't afford that, then the GTX 750 will still be fine for the settings you want to reach. And, as a nice side effect of being so efficient, the GTX 750 overclocks very well if you need more performance in a year or two.

the pentium will hold but not in really demanding games that eats up cpu cores.. its not really a gaming friendly processor but it does its job.. if you could get a quad core cpu like i5 2500k atleast yoyu should be alright with all games.. that is if you could afford it though.. if your budget is really small then a i3 or stick with the pentium.
