Alright so before i start my current specs are:

GPU: Palit GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB
CPU: AMD FX-4300
Mobo: MSI 880GMS-E35(FX)
Ram: 8gb vengeance
PSU: Corsair 650w builder series

running this on a ASUS VE247H 23.6-Inch @60Hz and in a decent corsair case with alot of fans.

Don't get me wrong it's pretty good, but i can't help feeling underwhelmed at times and i want it to pack more punch..
I'm wondering if I should buy another 660ti and a Sabertooth Z97 or an i5 4690k and a Sabertooth Z97, i've looked at usage whilst running games and they both pretty much sit between 50-60% however i'm expecting more frames than i'm getting. 30-45 Arma 2, 40-60 BF4

I could buy all three but I want to hold off on one for a few months :p

Any ideas?

Thanks guys

Edit: Open to suggestions on the mobo and cpu purchases, those are only the ones i was looking at first

The AMD 4300 is a dog. I had one and it felt weird. Like it was half a cpu, which is exactly what it is. That CPU wastes a lot of time waiting for something to do. On the other hand the GTX 660 TI is still a fantastic GPU. You should be getting 60FPS easy on High settings with vertical sync on. Definitely ditch the 4300. I prefer the Intel upgrade but an FX-8320 OC'd to 4.2 to 4.4 ghz will do you well if you want to keep your MB.
Do not under any circumstance SLI that 4300.

Yeah i know what you mean dude it feels like its playing catch up alot of the time. I was somewhat swaying toward the i5 and new mobo and you've just solidified it, will be buying a sabertooth and an i5 fairly soon and another 660ti in 6 months or so, thanks for your advice :)
