My first PC build

Solution
1)Yes you would have to install it yourself, whether you had your own copy or not.
2)This section is appropriate for your question.
3) AMD is compatible, but I would recommend going AMD CPU at this time.

In case you missed it, I edited my post above, regarding which build was fastest.

You have way too much actually, and I think I would just ditch the whole build and go for a Pentium G3258 or Intel Core i3 instead. The fan controller, case fans, and thermal compound are not needed, and you can definitely get a better power supply.

Try something like this for $700:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 3.2GHz Dual-Core Processor ($67.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: ASRock H97M PRO4 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($81.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2400 Memory ($86.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($87.98 @ Amazon)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($53.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB Superclocked ACX Video Card ($244.99 @ Newegg)

Add whatever monitor, keyboard and mouse you want and you're good to go. I suggest reading this about the Pentium G series: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/pentium-g3258-b81-cheap-overclocking,3888.html

Honestly the system is kind of light, try this one:
CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor ($179.99 @ Microcenter)
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($94.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($57.99 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($65.58 @ Outlet PC)
Video Card: PowerColor Radeon HD 7950 3GB Video Card ($252.98 @ Newegg)
Case: Cooler Master Elite 431 Plus (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair CX 500W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply ($39.99 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer ($18.99 @ Amazon)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (OEM) (64-bit) ($87.99 @ NCIX US)
Monitor: Asus VH238H 23.0" Monitor ($134.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $983.48

This should give you about 60-ish fps on BF4 ultra.
Not sure if you need monitor or keyboard though, so I left those out. If you need a keyboard, mouse and monitor, use these:

Thanks for quick replay but here's a dumb question xD:
Are you saying that the fan controller, case fans, and thermal compound are not necessary at all and my pc can run fine without them?

Well you need all of these for a PC to run. Both AMD And Intel Processors already have thermal paste pre-applied, the fans that come with the case are MANDATORY, and the fan controller is not needed, just use the one in you BIOS.

Yes it is. The motherboard will have onboard sound. Also, my build is the fastest gaming rig of all those listed so far in this thread. Better CPU and GPU.

2)In what category do i put this kind of questions next time?
3)Are AMD CPUs compatible with nVidia graphic cards?Or is this a bad idea?
