Laptop won't work with any OS

I don't know if this is under the right category but, anytime I try to install an OS, it either installs and goes to a black screen or it won't install at all. It's happened with Ubuntu, Bodhi, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Zorin. It started off just being slow when I put Ubuntu 14.04 on it, and then got worse when I took it off and put Windows 7 and it's all just gone downhill from there. Now, no OS will work. It's a Lenovo g570.

Do you have access to a desktop that you can hook the drive up to as a secondary? If so, you might want to run a health check on it, like Seagate Sea Tools or WD Life Guard. If not, let me know and I'll link some programs that are bootable from USB or DVD.

Will it boot to BIOS?

BIOS works fine. I have another laptop that I'm on right now. How would I hook the drive up to this one?

Probably easier to run a bootable. Here's a link to a review of WD Lifeguard Diagnostic. In the article, you'll find links to the instructions and the program download:

If it checks out okay, you'll need to find a desktop to hook it up to or pick up an adapter to hook it up to your second laptop as you'll probably need to reformat it before you can reinstall it and try to set up an OS again.
