The CX 430 isn't the greatest, but they are not as bad as people keep making them out to be. Raidmax, now there is a low quality PSU. Don't get me wrong, there are far better options, though.
The CX430 didn't used to be bad when it was made by seasonic, but now that is uses the junk capacitors form the rest of the CX line, it is pretty bad.

A proper PSU for this build would be an Antec VP-450. Low cost and MUCH better quality. EVGA also makes a 500w PSU form the same price that would be preferable.

Not everyone might agree with my motherboard choice on this, but it is ok for a basic gaming build. It won't do much beyond 4.0ghz, safely, if you overclock. But I would rather settle for being stuck @ 4.0ghz and get a better PSU and GPU out of the deal. I made changes based off what you chose, and then added a better PSU.

The newer version 5 boards are decent. I have two of them with FX 8320's. One I have had for several months now with an FX 8320 @ 4.0ghz, without issue. That is why I said 4.0ghz. That is stock FX 8350 speeds. The other system currently isn't being used, as it hasn't been really needed. Actually selling it to a coworker here soon as an upgrade to their old AM3 Athlon II X4 system.
