Will my Motherboard support the Nvidia Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 ?

Hi I am looking at getting a new GPU the one I am looking at is the Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 DirectCU II OC 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card just wondering is my motherboard good enough to use this card my motherboard is - MSI P67A-GD65 (B3) , Thanks to anyone that can help.

Just make sure you have appropriate PSU cables and power

Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:

GeForce GTX 760 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit.
GeForce GTX 760 SLI - On your average system the card requires you to have a 700 Watt power supply unit.

If you are going to overclock GPU or processor, then we do recommend you purchase something with a bit more stamina.

Thermal and Power Specs:
97 C = Maximum GPU Temperature (in C)
170 W = Graphics Card Power (W)
500 W = Minimum Recommended...

Yeah thanks I have 850w PSU so should be fine.
