Need advice on new computer build!

Hello! As i don't want to construct my own computer, i was wondering if any of you could recommend websites which will construct the computer for you but won't charge a million pounds for it!

he stated that he doesn't want to pay "a million pounds for it" which indicated he lives in the UK. these guys are US only.
