The three cheapest PC Component online retailers in the UK are CCL Computing, Scan and Dabs. Assuming you will be using one graphics card for one monitor and are prepared to assemble yourself you could get the following for less than £600:

i5-4690
PCI-3 Mobo
8GB DDR3 1600mhz
1TB HDD
DVD Drive
Windows 8.1 OEM
Geforce 780
New Case + fans
500w or 600w PSU

If you want to spend the extra £100 then geforce have the 800 series cards out or you could go i7 4770.
