Hi,

My friend has this board and is looking to add some RAM to his existing set. He's provided a couple of CPUZ screenies, but I'm not sure what I'm looking at (very rusty!). Board:

SO I googled the RAM and it's Kingston 2x2GB) but I can't find the memory speed for definite. Is it 1600? If so, do I need to match? The board would have to have been overclocked for 1600 according to the gigabyte website, would this need to be considered when buying new RAM? I won't be able to do it myself and tinker with the BIOS because he's too far away - I need an out of the box' solution!

Thanks in advance for anything you can offer.

880 cant overclock with 4 dimm slots in use. So if he wants to retain his current ram the he will need to go back to stock speeds on ram and processor.

I cant see the images so I will hold off making recomendations for adding to it but if he want to replace what he has, I have had excellebt results with these:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233187 (1600mhz + low profile for fitting under large coolers)
