Yes. First thing I'd do though is get a better graphics card. eg R9 270X

Need PSU make and model to decide if its OK. I'd get a bigger hard drive - 1TB at least.

So for $800 say you'd end up with a top gaming PC.

Not really, no. The graphics card is very weak (especially if it is DDR3), and calling the PSU a "gaming" PSU makes me think of an overrated PSU-shaped object good for half its label (which is all the HD6670 needs). The SSD and HDD are not more than half the size they should be. This system appears to have been built for looks (with all those fans) rather than performance. It's a good deal for $350, might sell for $400, but probably not any more than than.

Everything seems good except for the GPU, you my want to consider saving up to purchase a better one, maybe a Radeon 270x or GTX 660 ti. Great processor, good amount of RAM, nice that is has an SSD as well as a harddrive, and the 750W power supply will allow you to upgrade your parts down the road. I'd say that PC is quite a bargain, although you should probably upgrade your GPU.
