62C is the test temp so you are in the ballpark there.... but this card should by no means be noisy. In the test, there was hardly any difference between idle and load....and 67C is it's 15C below anything Id be concerned about...

Some cards just run hot.

Did you monitor the cards usage to confirm the heat output is due to operation ? (If the card isn't doing anything but get's over 55c there's a problem with the card or the operating environment)

Other things to look into would be increasing air-flow inside your computer chassis.

If the card is very loud, that suggests it has inadequate passive cooling from case air-flow. My old 8800GT would run so hot and loud I had to run my PC with the side panel off and a 120mm fan feeding the HSF.

This was due to my case not supporting fan sizes bigger than 80mm and also the 8800GT was innately hot and with a poor HSFC- but it was designed to run that way.

How hot is very hot ? A 750ti shouldn't be that loud or hot, you may have a defective card, or you don't have enough fans, or your thermal profile is set to not kick in until it is hot and then ramp up quickly.

its silent at idle, but when i play games it gets pretty loud and hot, bout 60-67 celcius, and it also makes my whole pc hot, i have gotten latest drivers, and my house is at 70-72 deg farenheit, so i dont know why, but im getting a few fans later and that might do the job, also my gpu is over my psu and has bout 3-4" of space for air, all power is connected with 480w psu, so no prob, and my pc got supah hot when i got the card, and even at idle it isnt that quiet.

60-70c (under load) isn't considered bad. Most modern cards can handle much higher temperatures. My GPU runs cool typically at 40c (UL) only because I am rather pedantic about having cool components.

I don't think 60-70c will cause much stress on your card, but it might live a little longer at cooler temps. So really you have nothing to worry about, unless it just bothers you.

But yes, you should have some case fans.
