I bought a new Maximus VII hero motherboard and it went bad after a week, needless to say I was issued an advanced RMA for a replacement. I did everything on my end to get this rolling sending the paper work signed via fax. After 3 weeks I am getting the run around no one over there knows what is going on and all they tell me is they need more time to check things out? Check things out? what the fuck they are supposed to send me a new motherboard. Has anyone had problems with Asus RMA support. I will never buy another product just because of this bull they are putting me through!

The whole RMA process is very antiquated. You have to fill out forms on paper with your cc and fax or email them. That is not secure. I tried to look up...

The whole RMA process is very antiquated. You have to fill out forms on paper with your cc and fax or email them. That is not secure. I tried to look up the status of the RMA from the link sent to me in the RMA email and it does not find it. They also tell people it takes 48 hours to process an RMA when I need and paid for the shipment overnight. I am hesitant to take the risk of buying Asus again because of the the RMA process in place.

I attempted to fill out the form for complaints.. server busy.

My unit's ethernet port fail after a week of use. Send in for RMA with newegg and everything took less than a week for me to get a replacement. I heard asus RMA took a long time, it's better if you contact your retailer first

sorry this case is closed it took way too long but I finally got new motherboard and yes it was past 30 days with new egg as I was buying all the pieces one at a time to afford the build and in that process several parts were past the 30 days with new egg making me have to go directly to manufacturer. This was nothing my new graphics card was bad too, sent it in took a long time got the replacement it was also bad "Sapphire R9-290x" after several weeks and alloy of run around Sapphire sent me what they considered an upgrade with the R9-290 vapor x version which I didn't even want to touch went with a new GTX 970
