I've recently upgraded my graphics card to Msi HD5850 Twin Frozr 2.
I have seen a lot of posts about this problem and everyone is saying that is the overheating problem. But its not. My temps are on 30C idle, and 55-60C on max load.

When my computer freezes, its unresponsive to mouse or keyboard, and audio is repeating the last 0.1 second repeatedly, sounds kind of like bees buzzing, so i have to button reset.

It happened so far in Goat Simulator, Hitman Absolution, Bulletstorm - time before freezing varies, it can happen in 5 mins or 2hrs, sometimes even doesn't but in 95% cases it does, which is really annoying.
It doesn't happen in Left 4 Dead 2, and (surprisingly) in Battlefield 3.
I don't own any other games so I could only check for this.

So, back on track my PSU is Blueberry PSB500 500W ( http://www.blueberry-eu.com/uploads/downloads/psb500_pr... )
But for the sake of no PSU problem here are my other specs:

CPU: Intel E5300 Dual core 2.6GHz
RAM: ddr2 2gb,
MOBO: GA-P31-ES3G
HDD: from 2006 i think, it is 160GB cap and has 140 bad sectors (18% health in Sentinel), but i never had any problem in games with my old card and the health was the same back then.
I know my pc is outdated, im working on updating everyting, but i need to know did i made a mistake with this gpu?
Thanks!

Nope, you should upgrade power supply barely has 20 AMPS on the 12V rail, trash basically.

I recommend before you buy the PSU do MemTest86 and Stress Test your system to see if it's not a power delivery issue. I assume it most likely is did all the problems start after the 5850 upgrade?

Yea, before that i had sapphire 5770, it was overheating as an oven but it never crashed..
I'll try those tests now, but if it is my PSU, would this be a good one (since im from europe and cant buy from newegg):
Cooler Master Elite Power 400W RS400-PSAPI3-EU
+3.3V (20A), +5V (16A), +12V (16A), +12V2 (16A), -12V (0,8A), +5Vsb (2,5A)
Price is arround 50$.

The Seasonic delivers twice as many AMPS on the 12V rail.

But why is the 12V rail so important? I checked, in my country they are being sold for 100$ minimum. I cant afford that :S
Also the one that i have is roughly 20$ new, so i guess it could be PSU faulty...
I have found corsair vx450 pretty cheap. Would you recommend that?

The 12V Rail is important because it's the one that powers your GPU.
