I can't decide what will have a bigger impact on the overall (as well as gaming) performance of my PC; upgrading my HDD, adding a SSD, upgrading the graphics card, or installing more RAM. Could somebody give me their input on what I should upgrade next, and to what? Here's my current PC build:

CPU: AMD Athlon x4 760k @ 3.80 GHz
PSU: EVGA 500w PSU (80 Plus; 100-W1-0500-KR)
Graphics Card: ASUS GT610 1gb
RAM: Team RAM 4gb DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
MoBo: ASUS A78M-A
Hard Drive: Seagate FreeAgent 300gb (5200 RPM, external 2.5in HDD converted to internal)
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro (64-bit)

Definitely a new GPU. What is your budget for upgrades?

Buizel is right, upgrade your GPU. I would go with either of these two.

This one is right in your budeget.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Video Card: Asus Radeon R9 270X 2GB DirectCU II Video Card ($165.25 @ Newegg)
Total: $165.25

And this one is a little over budget, but better performance.

Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon R9 280 3GB WINDFORCE Video Card ($199.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $199.99

You can also get this 280 for $10 less, but I like Gigabyte GPU's a lot and feel they are worth the extra money in this case. But that is all personal preference.
