Any decent PSU will have some sort of rebate.

Any decent 500w (Decent meaning Antec, be quiet!, Corsair, Seasonic, or XFX unit) will be enough to power that, though I'd go with 600-650w for future upgrades

My thinking is if something appears to always have a rebate attached, its regular retail price must be inflated by at least that much. Most of the time, those rebates merely bring the price down to what they should have been in the first place.

The only time I bothered with a mail-in rebate was for $50 off on an Audigy 2 ZS. Cost me $8 to send my claim using registered mail to make sure I would know when Creative received it so they would not be able to claim they never got it. Took four months to receive my refund.

I don't even consider them , I never fill out the forms to send them in.

Rebates are a hoax.
