hyperx fury 1866 not running at proper speed

i look in the task manager and says my ram speed is at 1066 Mhz. the ram is supposed to be running at 1866. what do i need to do to make it run at the right speed. also would it be a good idea to overclock my ram?

cpu-fx-6300
motherboard- asus m5a99fx pro r2.0
ram- hyperx fury 1866 2*4(8 Gbs)

Did you change anything, these are supposed to automatically clock themselves to the proper freq via PnP...should be no need for XMP (they don't use profiles (according to Kingston) and should be no need for DOCP or EOCP....as long as the mobo supports the PnP
