budget cpu and gpu around $300~$400

I'm going to change my cpu and gpu for the upcoming games like ac unity and far cry 4.

Help me, I need some recommendation for the cpu and gpu?

My cpu and gpu now is
Amd fx 4130
Asus gtx 650ti directcu ii oc

Get a 8350 and spend the rest on a GPU like the 280

770 would be the best that you can do. A 280 will still perform better, despite the 770 being more expensive...

I'm just not into amd gpu because many people said that it won't last long....

They are just Nvidia Fanboys..
AMD cards DO run hotter, but with a good Aftermarket brand(Gigabyte, Sapphire, ASUS), that can easily be taken out of the equation. Also, I find AMD cards easier to overclock, and pump out more power.
