Best performing quiet AIO Liquid Cooler

I will be building a new PC sometime in the near future and am currently selecting parts. I plan to use the new Intel Broadwell CPU when it is released and am looking for a cooler with a dual radiator type setup. The cooler that I am currently considering is the Silverstone Tundra TD02, as it is relatively affordable, quiet and has good performance. Any opinions on this cooler, or suggestions for a different cooler is appreciated. I will be using the NZXT H440 case.

I seem to recall the Silverstone Tundra at best was middle of the road. I recall negative opinions on it's tubing and a few other issues.

In the US, the Tundra sells for only US $12 less than the Kraken. But you know, you asked for opinions, I gave you mine. You're free to make any choice you wish.

I'll keep that in mind, as I have two Corsair SP120 Quiet Edition fans lying around, but the NZXT Kraken X61 is something like $130 in the US, which will be even more for me because I live in australia :/

I have heard things about the tundra's tubing and I really do appreciate you contributing to this thread. Here's the cheapest Australian listing for a Kraken X61 and the cheapest price in AU for a TD02 There's nearly $30 difference (without shipping), I really do like the X61 for it's software and performance, but the tundra to me seems a better option overall with the cheaper price. But thanks anyway for your help and advice, I am building on a (relative) budget, so price will be a factor, if money was no object I'd go with the X61 hands down.

Are you planning to overclock? If not, I run all my PCs and even more powerful machines I build on 120mm- or 140mm- coolers.

I usually use and recommend the lower-end Kraken X31 or X40 or even the "standard" Intel AIO liquid cooler. Check their performance in that list I linked. Not shabby at all. That should save you a bit of money.

Ok, I'm just not too keen on a single 120mm radiator type model with two fans in push/pull as I had an H80i with a setup like that which would constantly make annoying resonating sounds whatever setting I put it on, the big drawcard for a dual rad is that i could use two pull fans and not have any resonance sounds or performance drops. But on the other hand as I'm unlikely to overclock it's probably a better option.

So those are your temps with the fans running on a quiet setting? 30 degrees idle isn't to shabby at all for one fan.
