This is the first time I'm making a PC and I really need help because I don't know what to do... I don't really have much cash but I want to see how strong of a PC I could make. I wanna be able to run games and softwares such as LoL,Garry's Mod,And skype. It would be greatly appriciated if you guys helped me out! If you can, can you make a PC build with this case if possible? Nzxt guardian 921 RB thanks!

I won't recommend it with the case. For that price, this already has low performance/dollar. Any lower and you get A8 APU.

IF you want to overclock the cpu in anyway,
upgrade the motherboard to this
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-m5a97r20
and you need a cpu cooler

Depends. If you're looking for great budget and performance, I would recommend the A10 if you need extra GPU performance and some extra cores, albeit 4 weak ones. I would go for the G3258 if you need the cores, less video driver hassle, and don't need the Integrated GPU.
