Is my pc powerfull enough to play gta 5..???

My future pc (not ready yet) spec..
- AMD FX8350 8 Core Processor
- ASUS M5A97 R2.0 Motherboard
- MSI R9 290 GAMING 4G 4GB GDDR5
- CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR3 8 GB RAM
- 650 W PSU
(and yeah a SSD , DVDW also..!!)
now my quetions..
1. can my pc will play any big game like gta 5 at 45-55 fps or higher..?
2. how can i select a good psu for my rig..?

You will be able to play the game on ultra except by lowering the anti- anliasing feature......It will be only then that you might expect good fps.....Don't worry...your specs are good....If you see some low fps in the long run, just pair your 4 gb ram with another 4 gb ram making it an 8gb ram which will greatly augment your fps.. As you see your gpu is far enough than the predicted ones...So don't Worry!!!!!!!!! ;)
