Add another HDD to my computer!

As digitaldoc stated, you can just get an external drive enclosure or other USB 3.0 to SATA adapter like this one. It would be a better idea to just copy over the files if the HDD is very old.

I also can't really see if you can add an additional drive, but I'd just assume you could. Check the motherboard to see if there is an extra SATA port. Then just connect your hard drive to the motherboard with a SATA cable like this one. In terms of actually powering the HDD, you'd have to check to see if there are any extra SATA power cables. If not, buy a splitter like this one, and see if you can unplug the power cable of any existing storage drive. Just plug that power cable into the splitter and connect both ends to your...
It is not clear from their web page if there is a free bay for another hard drive or not. It is a big case, and I would guess that there should be room and a free SATA port, but opening the case and looking is the easiest solution.

Your old eMachine's drive is SATA so it should work if there is space.

Your other option is to get an external drive case, and use it via USB.

FYI: If the files are really important, this 320 GB hard drive is getting old, and best to transfer them to something newer before the drive no longer spins.
