My new gaming pc is very slow and keeps freezing?

I just built this PC and it is constantly freezing when performing simple tasks like going into the control panel. The on screen keyboard I was using kept saying "Not responding". Im running Windows 7. Just wondering what could be the problem. Thanks.

While it's idle and in the bios it is goes 48-50 degrees celsius. Should I turn up my fan?

I haven't overclocked or changed the vcore. I might just get the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 evo, you think that'll solve my problem?

The specs for your gpu says that it requires at least 750 watts. That could be one issue. Your case has poor airflow. You also don't have a good cpu cooler which could be an issue if you're overclocking. I guess, I will try upgrade the psu and getting a better cooler first to see what happens.

At the time I didn't have a keyboard, I was just using this as an example of how it was running slowly. I installed the MB drivers before the GPU drivers.
