First time building a Gaming PC don't really know what to do. I want to make a strong enough PC to run games such as dota 2 and CS GO with out any lagg. My price range is from $400-$450 and it would be appriciated if you use this case if you can for the PC build! Thanks PC Case: http://www.amazon.ca/Thermaltake-VN40006W2N-Commander-E...

You won't be able to maxed with that budget and my build to. But you can play without lag. Not sure what settings though. This exceeds the budget and you will need to add the case you listed as PCPartPicker doesn't seem to have it.

Well cases are a preference I recommend jumping onto the link I posted and search for cases that suits your taste and budget. And the CPU supports 64Bit, so all you need is a 64Bit OS. :)

Do I have to purchase the OS? Or can I just pirate the OS cause I'm not sure what to do... Can the CPU be a little down graded? Maybe something just down a bit cause $117 is a bunch maybe down by like $20 or $10 if possible?

I can't talk about piracy on the forum as it breeches the rules bit it totally your choice then.

If so get a Pentium Anniversary CPU and a H97 motherboard. That should reduce budget by a lot. However the CPU is a dual core but if overclock it is a total budget gaming CPU beast.

Overclock is basically just increasing the frequency of either a CPU or a GPU depending which you want to. Increasing the frequency is basically making the system faster however there could be a risk of damaging components at the same time.

Try this.

This is the build with the case you want. But the case is overpriced get a mid tower instead to save money. But if looks is important then this is up to you.
