I quite like the Corsair 760T, but it is an ATX Full tower rather than a mid tower, and is pretty expensive when compared to the NZXT Phantom 410 as mentioned above.

If I was buying a mid tower today, I'd get either the NZXT Phamtom 410, the NZXT H440, or the Corsair 600T

What do you mean by 980? They haven't even been officially announced yet, unless you mean a 780. Anyway, I owned an NZXT Phantom 410 and it looked awesome. Fit all of my parts, and had a removable drive cage so large cards could fit in it. Also, you can hide your front disk drives if you have any with a functional cover. ATX boards fit in comfortably. It was a decent case, I only upgraded to the 900D when I started to need more space for a liquid loop. So, anyway, look up the NZXT Phantom 410

tl;dr- NZXT Phantom 410. Fits most parts nicely. Looks great.
