Thats 5930k. It is the best if you go for 3/4 way SLI.

The 5820k is best if you want 2/3 way SLI.

Mate, the 4930k wont go in socket 2011-3. It has to be 5930k.

The only reason i can think of for going x99 for gaming is if you want to do 16x/16x PCIe 3.0 SLI (3-4 GPU's @ 8x speed). if you don't need 32+ lanes of 3.0 bandwidth, there are much cheaper options. I personally don't understand the 5820k's place in the market. I guess if you really want DDR4 just to have it?
