These are good components but I'd change the GPU and the PSU maybe add another 4 GB of RAM .

For the GPU a bare minimum to play games on medium settings 1080p is The R7 260X [ 5950 PHP ]

PSU maybe I'd get a cheap PSU like the EVGA 500B [1950 PhP]

If you can afford these changes then definitely go ahead :D

for a second budget pc it is ok.. but if i were you , i would buy an i3 ( 4150 ) and take a cheap h81 board..... like this http://dynaquestpc.com/product/asus-h81m-c/ OR a cheap b85 http://dynaquestpc.com/product/asrock-b85m-hds/

@TopLuca: Thanks for the suggestion! This might be a newbish sorry, but how do you tell what's the best GPU to use? Do you just get the benchmarks and reviews from the internet? or is there some stuff you need to know? :D Thanks by the way!

@tomtsir: I think the motherboards you suggested are in M-ATX form factor :D I'm doing an M-ITX build this time. And I'll try to think about it! :) Thanks!

Yeah you see benchmarks , reviews , heat output , power consumption and noises.
