I recently switched out my perfectly operational XFX R9 280 for a new XFX R9 280X.
I'm using a BENQ GW2760 monitor.
*Not the best example, but it gets pretty furious at times*
I re-installed Catalyst Control Centre to update the drivers however I'm constantly getting this screen jumping. It's very distracting when I'm trying to watch The Killing or play Skyrim.
Looking for a possible solution.
Thanks :)

either its a driver issue or the card is a faulty one (manufacturing defect).
the possible solution is to RMA the card.

Or you can just remove the card and see if the jumping stops or not.

I figured it out had to remove drivers and revert back to catalyst 14.2 anything above that causes this problem

I know its a bit of an old thread but if someone is searching for the answer at leat theres one here that worked for me

There is one more thing to try reduce the memory and base clock by 100 mhz .
