Hi I'm pulling my hair out here...want to restore me comp to windows 7 have it copied on to a disc here and also on a usb been trying since yesterday and it will not boot iv disconnected every hardrive from the comp only left is the usb mouse to control the bios menu..

Solution
If the ISO is already on the USB, move it to your desktop. Then download the Win7 USB tool and run it. When it asks for the ISO, browse to the ISO file and select it. When it asks for the target drive, point it back at the USB drive.

When its done doing it's thing, go into target PC's BIOS, go to the boot menu and make sure that USB is selected for the boot priority, then hit exit and then Save changes & exit. Then power down. Plug in your USB - make sure you're using a USB 2.0 port, not a blue USB 3.0 port. Then power it up - after it posts, it should take you to the Windows install menu.
