Yes it will not max CS:GO out but you will be able to run it. Have you considered buuling a PC and if so do you have a budget?

Buying pre-built computers usually causes more problems for the user. Building your own, even for $500 would be better than buying a bottleneck price of crap. Trust me, it's so much better to build your own. Or have someone build it for you. He'll if you wanted, I could build it for you.
